Product description
Propionic Anhydride is a colorless liquid having a pungent odor and high boiling point. It is soluble in alcohol, ether, chloroform, and alkalies, but decomposes in water. Eastman™ Propionic Anhydride is also available as a kosher product. All kosher products produced by Eastman are manufactured under rabbinical supervision in full accordance with Jewish dietary law.
